Carrie Slater has 20 + years experience as a Wellness Practitioner.

A Registered Massage Therapist since 2003 with the NHPC.

She has additional certifications in acupressure, reflexology, and Reiki. Her therapeutic massage treatments are subtle and effective. With her unique blend of modalities and intuition, you're sure to feel rejuvenated after a session. Offering 60, 75, and 90-minute treatment options.

Sole Work packages are available to help relieve pain and discomfort from plantar fasciitis or bunions. Providing you with guidance for at-home mobility and stability work to keep you on your twinkle toes

With certifications in Feng Shui and wellness coaching, her Focus coaching packages help you clear mental and physical clutter. Bringing lightness to your spaces.
